STEP ONE: CHAT WITH AN EXPERT
Whether you have a clear vision or not, Duccio and his team are here to help you bring your idea to life. When you schedule your call, we will discuss everything from color choices to crafting your vision, and arrange a time for you to visit our atelier or engage remotely.
If you already have a clear vision, participate in our creative process by sketching your ideas and finding inspiration from online sources. Share them with us during this consultation.
STEP TWO: DESIGN APPROVAL
During our second meeting, we will dive deeper into your vision, refining and expanding on the concepts shared in our initial consultation.
A draft of your bespoke piece will then be shared, with opportunities for refinements to ensure you can approve the design with complete confidence.
STEP THREE: CRAFTSMANSHIP
Duccio personally approves all materials selected for your design and carefully oversees each stage of craftsmanship, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision. At Nanà Firenze, we provide two bespoke design experiences, tailored to your preference: in-person and remote.

Do I need to travel to Florence for this experience?While visiting our atelier in Florence offers a truly immersive experience, we also provide a luxurious remote option. This allows you to enjoy a personalized and interactive experience from anywhere in the world. We ensure the same high level of personalization and quality as our in-person experience.

What’s the best way to get to the atelier?Florence is accessible by train, plane, and car. If you're flying, Florence’s Amerigo Vespucci Airport is the closest, about 20 minutes from the city center by taxi. Florence’s central train station, Santa Maria Novella, is also nearby. Once in the city, taxis and public transportation are convenient ways to reach the atelier.
