The partnership with Laura Peri’s Accademia del Pollo enables the use of locally sourced feathers from the Pollo del Valdarno. The goal is to introduce a local way of sourcing and using produce.
Nanà Firenze is now part of the ABIC - “Avicoltura Boschiva Innovativa e Circolare” organization’s initiative. ABIC is dedicated to circularity and sustainability of the local territory, resources, products, and materials.
